Vegetable Soup

Vegetable soup:
Ingredients:
  1. 1 Cup Carrots cut into cubes
  2. 3 Tomatoes
  3. 7-8 Beans cut into pieces
  4. 1 Cup Bottle gourd or Red pumpkin cut into cubes
  5. 1 Medium Potato peeled & cut into pieces
  6. 2 Table spns. Moong Dal 
  7. 1-2 Table spn. Sweet corn
  8. 1/2 Onion slices 
  9. 5-6 Cloves Garlic
  10. 2 Bay leaf
  11. 1/2 Tea spn. Black pepper
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/2 Tea spn. sugar or 1 Table spn tomato ketchup ( optional)
Boil all the ingredients but black pepper in pressure cooker upto 4-5 whistles. Coole the cooker till pressure is out.
Remove the bay leaf. Blend the rest. Check the consistency. if needed add water. 1/4 tea spn. mixed herbs and pepper. 

Serve with cream crackers topped with peanut butter and cucumber or Garlic bread slices grilled with shreded cheese and onion rings.
