- 1 Cup Carrots cut into cubes
- 3 Tomatoes
- 7-8 Beans cut into pieces
- 1 Cup Bottle gourd or Red pumpkin cut into cubes
- 1 Medium Potato peeled & cut into pieces
- 2 Table spns. Moong Dal
- 1-2 Table spn. Sweet corn
- 1/2 Onion slices
- 5-6 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Bay leaf
- 1/2 Tea spn. Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Tea spn. sugar or 1 Table spn tomato ketchup ( optional)
Boil all the ingredients but black pepper in pressure cooker upto 4-5 whistles. Coole the cooker till pressure is out.
Remove the bay leaf. Blend the rest. Check the consistency. if needed add water. 1/4 tea spn. mixed herbs and pepper.
Serve with cream crackers topped with peanut butter and cucumber or Garlic bread slices grilled with shreded cheese and onion rings.
