Poha for Breakfast
A very quick, easy, & healthy recipe for breakfast. You can easily bring
variations to prepare the dish.
I have shared another recipe with different ingredients a few months back.
Put Poha in a strainer and rinse very gently in running water. See thatit does not break.
In a frypan put 1 Tbl spoon olive oil or sundrop oil. Saute all three coloured capsicums, boiled peas, white part of spring onions, chili powder, 2 pinches of
turmeric powder, 1/4 tspn Garam masala, 1/2 tspn. Amchoor (dry mango powder)
Salt to taste, Sprinkle one lime juice. (Optional few drops of white vinegar to replace lime juice)
Stir mix very softly so that it does not break much.
Butter milk with jeera masala & salt, or amrood (Guava) mint chutney goes very well with this.
