Delicious Breakfast


Lets divide this plate into four portions:-
PER PLATE:-
1) Potato portion
2) Bread toast portion
3)Salad portion
4) Mango
5) Drink
1). 8 small potatoes boiled, stir fry with, 1/2 tspn. fresh ginger garlic paste, two pinch mixed herbs, 1/4 tspn. roasted chili flakes, two pinch cumin seed powder, 1 pinch hing, coriander leaves & salt to taste in a table spoonful butter or oil. Fri till potatoes are bit crispy and golden
brown.
2) home made brown bread rolls cut into slices as shown in picture. Toast slices with butter mixed with crushed garlic.
Topping:- 1cup cottage cheese (paneer) mix with it, chopped onion, green chili, mint leaves, black pepper, 1 tablespoon cheese spread or sandwich mix, little butter.little salt, stir fry on griddle (tawa) for 4/5 minutes. Place on toasted slices.
3) salad leaves pour over 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, salt, arrange on top cut into small sliced, boiled marinated beet, in lemon juice, ginger juice pepper and salt. Tomato slices.
4)  mango, take well ripped bib mango cut as shown in picture.
5) coffee or masala tea or lassi (cutter milk), orange juice.
Serve with Chutneys (optional)

Chutneys

The whitish chutney is raw mango, garlic, green chili pound together with salt to taste
