Ingredients:
Salad leaves, Lemon Juice, Chili sauce, Long sprouts. Ready made Chili Garlic Potato bites (frozen)
Fry the frozen bites in hot oil till golden brown, drain extra oil on papper sheet.
Dip the long sprouts in chili sauce, lemon juice and salt
Pour little salad dressing or just lemon juice and salt on salad leaves.
In a plate atrrange the three items as shown in picture. Serve hot.
In case you do not have the frozen you can make at home:
2, Hard boiled potatoes, grate them. Mix with the grated potatoes salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon or to taste chili powder or flakes, 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste, 2 teaspoon corn flour or half slice of bread, two pinch baking powder. Mix all well. Stuff little grated cheese in center make shape as shown in picture, press well with fingers, deep fry in hot oil, drain and serve as above.
You may mix potato and Cottage cheese equal amount and rest same as above. In this recipe add finely chopped some green chilies and coriander leaves as well. Enjoy.
