Two methods of final cooking:-
1). Grease flat pan, place the rolls on it & grill till brown. Medium hear so that it becomes crispy as well. Turn sides & repeat action. Serve hot with lots of green salads + cut fruits.
2). Put few spoons oil on Tawa or shallow frying pan, place two rolls, cook on medium fire, when light brown turn side, cook the other side, drain oil. Place on paper to absorb extra oil. Serve hot with Salads/ fruits or chutneys of your choice. ( The brownness is your choice, some like dark brown while others like light. My personal choice is Goldenness brown.

Shallow Fried on Tawa
