One go veg healthy meal


VIEWERS MAY ASK ME to make RECIPES OF their  CHOICED INGREDIENTS
For example some one  asked me a recipe for "take away, one go meal." , , veg. with cheese and paneer (Cottage cheese) and colourful.
Pink =Masoor dal -soaked in water for 3 hrs- grind- mix onion, coriander, ginger, mint leaves, salt, pepper, green chilli all finely chopped, mix with fround dal, spread in shallow dish , steam, cool, cut into square pieces, stir/ toss with few drops of olive oil in shallow frypan.
Center= boiled, sauted with spices of your choice ( I used mix herbs)
Side Whitish= mixture of left over veg. pulao,  boiled grated potato, Cottage cheese, processed cheese, lightly boiled spinach, crushed garlic, little yogurt, pinch nutmeg powder, little butter. All put on toasted slice of bread, grill till light brown & crispy.
serve with cut fruits as side dish.
