Pita Healthy Sandwich



Small Pita BreadsGreen Amla, Mint Chutney 
Fresh Crispy Green Salad Stuffed or Normal Olives
 Hung Curd Spreads Sliced Tomatoes, Hung Curd with Dill & Salt. Butter

Ingredients for Chutney
Mint, coriander leaves, amla/raw mango/anchur 
Good amount of garlic,Salt, Green chillies
Little ginger, Very little sugar & Tablespoon flu 
of Curd.

Hung Curd spread
Hang curd in cloth for 4-5 hrs.
Mix in it finely chopped-
Spring onion, coriander leaves cut with tender leaves, salt, prepared mustard, one green chili finely chopped, mix herbs, chili roasted flakes, (may add a tea spoon of peanut crunchy butter) Salt & black pepper. 

Making: Smear butter on top of each Pita, Grill for few minutes till light brown, Remove, Cool, Cut into halves. Fill in:- spread half teaspoon chutney, 1 1/2  teaspoon curd mix, piece of lettuce, tomato slice,, cucumber slice (optional), (crunchy peanut butter optional),one black or green seedless olive (plain or stuffed), may drop a few drops of hot & sweet chili sauce.
