One 850 Gm. Pineapple tin Sugar 1 cup or to tase
Juice of 5 lemons
3-4 drops yellow food liquid colour
Juice from tin
3 Table spoon Corn Floor
1/2 cup fruit cocktail
1 table spoon fresh cream
Method :- Separate juice and the pineapple slices. Crush slices into very small pieces. Bit crunchy bit smooth paste. Mix corn floor Cut+ crushed pineapple pieces with the juice from tin, heat till it changes colour. Add sugar, Keep stirring while cooking. Will take 6-8 minutes.
Remove from fire leave for 2-3 minutes add lemon juice.
Corn flour may be adjusted to make thick enough to stay
on slices and not flowing. Picture will guide you.
Cut with cutter bread slices, Two piece will be cut out from each slice. Deep fry these slices till brown. Drain & Place the fried pieces on sheet to absorb extra oil. Place fried pieces on plate arrange the cooked pineapple topping on each slice.
decorate with some cut fruits mixed with cream & sugar.
Cover with cling film. Keep in frig. Frig life about 2-3 days. Better to keep fried slices separate and the top mix separate and arrange little before serving.
