Snack colouful

Snack  COLOURFUL & NUTRITIOUS 

Making of 6 pieces
French Bread Slice diagonally
3 tblspn semi melted butter
3 cloves of peeled Garlic
8 Tblspn Paste of cooked Kulfa or Cooked Spinach paste with curd
3 Tblspn green Coriander+Mint sour chutney
9 Slices of processed cheese rolled and cut into spiral as shown in picture (36 pcs)
12 tblspn mashed and spiced cottages cheese (Paneer)
 Bread Loaf
Cut vegetables (carrots, cucumber, long sprouts, tomato, olives, capsicum
(may alter vegetables of choice or available like boiled beet, Salad leaves,) 
          3 tblspn Sanwich spread
Spices of choice (like black pepper, mixed herbs, salt,)
Method: Toast till little crispier and brown the bread slices on Tawa / Griddle

Spread 1/2 tblspn butter on toasted slice, rub garlic clove on it. Spread Kulfa/spinach and chutney on it. Then keep arranging other as designed or as you may
