Cheese) Kulfa (Sour Green Leafy Vegetable)
Ingrients:
2 Cups Home made Paneer
One big
Onion chopped
2 Green chillies cut
into pieces
2 Tblspn
Corriander leaves chopped
One big
Tomato cut into small pieces
½ tspn.Red chili powder
½ tspn
Cumin seeds
½ tspn
corriander powder
½ tspn.
Turmeric powder
2 Cups Kulfa cut into
small pieces
1 Tblspn
Olive oil
Method:
Add Kulfa
cook stirring for 3-4 minutes. When Kulfa reduced to 1/3 part add Paneer. Stir
fry for 3-4 minutes crushing Paneer.
Serve
hot.
