Vegetable Noodle Meal

Vegetable Noodle Meal

  1. 1 Cup Boiled Noodles
  2. 1 big Tomato cut into triangle pieces
  3. 1/2 Yellow Capsicum  (triangle cut)
  4. 1/2 Green Capsicum (triangle cut)
  5.  1/2 Cup Boiled Peas or bit more
  6. 2 Table spn. Boiled Corn
  7. 2-3 Cloves Garlic sliced
  8.  2  Table spn. Lemon Juice
  9. 1 Tea spn. Soya Sauce
  10. 4-5 Small Pumpkin pieces
  11. 4-5 Beans cut into small pieces
  12. 1 green chilli finely cut
  13. Black pepper / white pepper
  14. Curry leaves / tender stems of coriander stems cut into small pieces
  15. Ginger Paste or very thin  shreadded
  16. 1/2 tea spn. hot chili sauce (optional, only if you prefer quite hot)
  17. Salt to taste
( In fact you may add number of vegetables you have at home to make it more nutritious, more 
colourful  and tasty.
Boil all items together, leaving lemon juice & pepper. Boil with sufficient water, when you see all have mingled and soupy. add lemon juice and black or white pepper to taste.  Serve sizzling hot.

This tastes delitioous, healthy, and filling. you don't  need any thing to make full meal.
