 Moong Dal Masala Cheela
Ingredients: for Cheela
2 Cup, Moong Dal Dhuli
2 Table Spn spring onion or may put finely cut cauliflower
2 Green Chilli
1/2 Tspn Turmeric powder
1/4 cup,Fresh Corriander Leaves or Few Curry leaves 
or Mint leaves 
1 Medium size chopped onion
3/4 Tea spn. Kuti mirch (Chili flakes)
1 Tea spn. crushed ginger.
Salt to taste. 
Oil about 2 Table spn.
Method:
Soak  Take 2 cups Moong dhuli Dal, Rince very well till you see very clear water.
Soak in enough water for about 2 inch above it, for about 2 hrs, in room temperature water. (
Grind the Dal with about ½ Cup water, not to put too much water for good grinding results.   
Add to the Dal paste
Cut corriander fresh leaves, green chillies, spring onion, Chilli flakes, Haldi,crushed ginger and one small chopped onion.
Method:
Mix the above ingredients to Dal paste. Smear little oil with brush on tawa (griddle). Spread Paste with one way circular motion on Tawa. Bit thick is good for this Masala one. Drop a few drop of oil on sides of Chila. Cook on one side till you see change of colour. Turn side. Drop a few drops of oil on the other side too and cook till crispy to your taste.
Serve Piping Hot with Coriander Pumpkin seed chutney. and ginger.

Ginger: Finely cut ginger as shown in figure, Soak in Lemon juice and salt, Keep for about an hour. it will turn Pink and soury. This has 1 weeks frig life. hence you don't  have make every time. this goes with many items.
Chutney: Items as shown in plate, right to left, and quantity also shown in figure. 1) Fresh corriander leaves. if you dont have fresh leaves, you may as well use mix of curry leaves mixed with Basil or mint leave.  Even without any of these fresh leaves, you may still make using the other ingredients in plate. It is still very healthy and tasty. ( its Lock down time recipe!!! 2) Curd ( to be mixed later. 3)Pumpkin Seeds, 4) Ginger, 5) Green Chillis, 6) Garlic cloves, 7)Amchoor (dry raw mango powder)  and  8)Salt.  9) 2-3 table spoon Water
Grind all items together and store in glass jar in frig. Frig life 1 week.
Using curd is optional. Please mix it only in portion to be used at a time. May add little water to curd and mix with Chutney.
To make the next dish you may soak and grind extra dal.  Its curry, When you don' have vegetables at home.
