Open Cheese Roast Buns

Open Cheese Roast Buns

Ingredients:-

4, Burger Buns (8 halves)
Butter (melted) about 40 gms.
Crushed Garlic 1 table spoon
Grated Cheese 3-4 full cups
White Vinegar  1 tea spoon
Thinly sliced  red onions 2 cups
Salt to mix in onion to taste
Flaked Chillies (Kutti Mirch) 1/2 tsp
Green Capsicum cut into thin rings 8 pcs.
Hot chili sauce (optional)

Method:-
  • Arrange Bun halves in a tray. Spread melted butter 2 teaspn on each piece. Smear little crushed crushed garlic on each piece. Grill the pieces till light brown. Remove from grill. 
  • Mix onion slices with vinegar, salt & chili. 
  • Arrange on each bun one table spoon full of onion, press lightly with fingers.
  • Arrange good amount of grated cheese on top of onions, lightly press, spread 1 tspn. melted butter on top.
  • Arrange Capsicum slices as shown in figure.
  • May sprinkle few drops of hot chili sauce if you prefer .
  • Bake when you want to serve, till brown (on slow grill) Serve hot. with tea/coffee or drinks.
