Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Kulfa (Green Sour Leafy Veg.)

Paneer    (Cottage Cheese)  Kulfa   (Sour Green Leafy Vegetable)
Ingrients:
2 Cups  Home made Paneer
One big Onion chopped
2 Green chillies cut into pieces
2 Tblspn Corriander leaves chopped
One big Tomato cut into small pieces
½ tspn.Red chili powder
½ tspn Cumin seeds
½ tspn corriander powder
½ tspn. Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 Cups Kulfa cut into small pieces
1 Tblspn Olive oil

Method:
Heat Karahi, add Oil, Onion, Green chili and Cumin Seeds, Fry till golden brown. Add Red Chilies Powder, Coriander powder, cut tomatoes and Turmeric.
Add Kulfa cook stirring for 3-4 minutes. When Kulfa reduced to 1/3 part add Paneer. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes crushing Paneer.
Serve hot.
May serve with any item of your choice or Parantha/Roti , Cream Crackers or as part of a meal
