Pumpkin seed chutney
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Pumpkin seeds well rinsed
- 1 Cup coriander Leaves with tender stems
- 5-6 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbl spn. crushed Ginger
- 3-4 Green chillies ( or to taste)
- 1 Small raw mango, for garlec less chutney use Totapari or Safeda Semi ripe mango
- Salt 3/4 tea spn. or to taste
- 1/2 Cup water
1 Tbl spn. Grated coconut
substitute Coriander leaves with 1/4 cup mint leaves, 1/4 cup curry leaves or mix of
all the three leaves
For No garlic onemay use Vrat salt.
Method: Gring all the ingredients to fine consistency. Check salt and pour in glass bottles.
Line lid with Baking/ wax paper. May put lable like " Vrat one" mint, curry..
Frig life is 6-7 day
