Potato Sesame Crunchy Toast
Ingredients and the Preparation
Round shaped Bread, Cut into halves
Butter
Boiled Mashed potatoes
Peas ( Pre boiled)
1/2 cup Butter Beans
Choppes Onions
1 Tspn.Chopped ginger
Choppes Onions
1 Tspn.Chopped ginger
Carrots
Mixed Roasted seeds, (Sun flower, Pumpkin, Melon , Pine, Sesame)
Sprouted Moong ( Green Pulse)
Finely cut Green Chili
Finely Cut tender stems of Coriander leaves with little leaves
Black or white pepper
Roasted chili flakes
Mix Herbs
Grated Cheese (Optional)
Roast the bread slices on Girdle (Tawa) till light golden brown and crispy with very little butter.
Keep them aside and make the topping.
In shallow sauce pan put a tablespoon full butter, Add harder vegs first. stir fry, then add potatoes and the rest of the ingredients. Fry till the mixture releases good smell. May add the grated cheese at this stage, Mix well.
Remove from fire. Take one piece at atime and load it with the mix. Dip it in Sesame seeds. Serve as snack.
