Stuffed Loaf

Stuffed Bread Loaf for Travel / home
Ingredients:
Ready to make bread dough ( same recipe as given on Blog for cheese Buns) mixed with white sesame seeds 1 tblspn, 3 tblspn grated  Cheese, 1 tblspn muskmelon seeds (to one big tea cup cup in proportion).

Fillings:

Ingredients:
Greens of Spring onion chopped, Boiled: Carrots small cubes, Peas, Potatoes cubes or meshed coarsely, olives black or green, Celery with tender stems, cut into fine,  Broccoli small pieces sauteed in butter. Few Leaves of blanched spinach,  and sprouts of green  or black lentil(Urad )

In a fry pan, add 1 Tablespoon butter, heat, add crushed garlic (optional) all the filling ingredients, black pepper and
 salt to taste, 2-3 pinch of Cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder, 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs, few leaves of fresh Basil,
add two table sppon full of fresh cream or thick coconut milk, stir fry for few minutes till mixture is well mixes with each other.

Fill in bread dough lined tin, arrange a layer of grated cheese on top of vegetables. cover as shown in picture.
Make design of your choice. oven bake till done.
Cut into slices to serve hot or cold. It goes very well with home made tomato soup and lettuce salad.
