Recipe: Remove stem part of Mushroom . Keep aside.
Stuff in the hollow space of each Mushroom with:
The stem part crushed, garlic, vey finely chopped onion, mint leaves, masoor dal cooked and then stir fried in little oil+spices (cumin powder,turmeric,black pepper,coriander powder, garam masala, cinnemon powder, a pinch of nutmeg powder, finely chopped green chilis,salt to taste) add 2-3 table spoons curd, fry dal till dried and bit crispy in texture. Add all ingredients and stir cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from fire. Cool, Mix with fingers so that the mixture becomes lumpy. Fill in cavity. Arrange in kadai and cook on slow fire with little oil. Or bake in ovan for 10-12 minutes after sprinkling oil over the mushrooms. . May add french fries to the dish before serving. Garnish with rings of onion.
Serve with side Raw vegetables salad. (A sample shown in pincure).
